Terms & Conditions
 

1. Promoter
This promotion is conducted by the Monkerai Springers B&S Ball Committee.
 

2. Competition Period
The competition opens at 12:00 AM (AEST) on 3 July 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM (AEST) on 31 July 2026.
 

3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who purchase a valid ticket to the 2026 Monkerai Springers B&S Ball during the Competition Period.

The following persons are not eligible to enter:

• Committee members;

• Event organisers;

• Volunteers involved in the organisation or administration of the event or this promotion; and

• Their immediate family members (including spouses or partners, parents, children and siblings).
   

4. How to Enter
To enter the competition, eligible entrants must, during the Competition Period:

• Like and share the official competition post on Facebook or Instagram;

• Tag 10 or more friends in the comments on the official competition post; and

• Purchase a valid ticket to the 2026 Monkerai Springers B&S Ball before the competition closes.

Only one (1) entry per eligible person is permitted.
 

5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive $280 AUD cash, representing the value of one Monkerai Springers B&S Ball ticket.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for any other benefit.
 

6. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period.
 

7. Winner Announcement
The winner will be announced during the Ute Show Trophy Presentation at the Monkerai Springers B&S Ball on 29 August 2026.

If the winner is not present, they will be contacted using the details provided when purchasing their ticket.
 

8. Unclaimed Prize
If the prize is not claimed within 14 days of notification, the promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

9. General Conditions

• By entering this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

• The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants.

• Any incomplete, fraudulent or non-compliant entries may be deemed invalid.

• The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.

• The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
   

10. Privacy
Personal information collected as part of this promotion will only be used to administer the competition, contact the winner and comply with applicable Australian laws.
